NCB Expansion Program PMO (2015 - 2017)

Business Need
As part of network expansion program, this project has been initiated to expand Retail Branches, Quick Pay Centers, Residential financing, Auto Lease and SME Hubs in addition to roll out of ATMs in various regions of Saudi Arabia. By implementing this Program, NCB will be able to extend the NCB’s customer base.

The Solution
  • Build PMO processes to manage expansion program
  • Formalize Expansion Task Force consists all teams related to Site Selection & Acquisition, TOR & Budget Approval, Design , Drawings & Mapping, Municipality and SAMA Permits, Bidding and contracting, Construction, Furniture & Equipment, IT Installation & Operation
  • Developing score cards for evaluating contractors and project managers

  • Implement the transformation on Administration Services delivery management by creating a Task Force that will focus on planning and execution of Expansion activities
  • Manage, monitor and control all Administration Services related work activities such as (A) Sites selection and obtaining all necessary permits (Municipality and SAMA), (B) Applies for utilities – electricity, telephone and water, Estimation, Bidding, Contract Approval and PO Issuance, (C) Design, Construction and Furniture Installation
  • Optimize the cost of construction by redesigning the branches in the expansion plan.
  • Increase the number of Retail Branches to be delivered.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Expansion as schedule
