  • Perform Governance Assessment for current policies, processes and standards
  • Define and develop the required IT governance processes and templates
  • Build the required governance structures
  • Start with governance processes and structures (Quick Wins) that are already implemented or need minimum effort to tune for governance implementation Processes
  • Prepare implementation plan based on phased approach and define required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Get management sponsorship and authorization for the governance implementation plan
  • Start governance implementation plan execution
  • Periodically communicate status reports and perform audits to ensure adherence to governance implementation plan and measure the benefits
