Mobily IT Transformation Program PMO (2011 - 2012)

Business Need
Mobily initiated IT wide Transformation Program that is focused on both technical and business transformation from front end channels (Siebel CRM) to all backend systems (Billing, Mgate, Loyalty, Credit Control, BMS …etc.). 
There is a need to ensure having a dedicated PMO structure to follow up the execution of the related projects and programs that are part of the IT Transformation Program
